Who We Are
From a single Toronto food truck to a growing culinary brand, our journey has always been fueled by bold flavor and culture. What started as a passion project quickly became a local favorite, expanding into multiple concepts loved for their Miami-inspired, tropical flair.
Led by Chef Chuchi Rivero (Cuban-born, Miami-raised) and his wife Patricia Salazar, every dish blends tradition, creativity, and heart.
Now rooted in Stuart, Florida, Old Havana Cafe brings it all home: vibrant flavors, rich culture, and food that tells a story.
